Where can I see my cancellations and refunds?

If you want to see if a cancellation or a refund as been executed you can find it under your Bookings and Blockchain module.

To find your overview for cancellations and refunds please go here:

Management console > Bookings and blockchain

You will now see all your bookings and cancellations. Also you have the possibility to filter for certain criteria:

Status - Name - Accommodation - Arrival on - Booked on - Booking code

The status of your booking is always highlighted at the beginning in the corresponding color.

Green - confirmed

Red - cancelled

When you click on one of these entries you will get a detailed page about this particular cancellation or refund.
